THE DAIRYMAN

Father and son Mello are third and fourth generation dairymen who run JD Mello Dairy in Hanford, CA. Recently voted as "Dairy Family of the Year", the Mellos remain pillars of the community generation after generation. Being in the dairy business is hard, purpose driven work. Back in high school, Jason would be up at 4 am tending to the cattle before getting to school.
